Global warming potential of electricity sources

Regarding global warming potential of electricity sources, does you model use values from researches compiled in the 2014 IPCC report ?

I couldn't find those values in the reference guide:

We don't use the approach of a "global warming potential" like others will use. Instead we calculate the mass of CO2 emitted per unit of energy produced by coal, oil, gas, and so on. Then we model the full carbon cycle and a climate sector to calculate the effect on warming.

That said, the results are consistent with those in the 2014 IPCC report.

Table 7-1 in our Reference Guide lists the mass of CO2 emitted for every MMBTU produced. Values for coal, oil, and gas are consistent with those from EIA’s Carbon Dioxide Emissions Coefficients by Fuel. (2013). http://www.eia.gov/environment/emissions/co2_vol_mass.cfm
