I don't have a broad experience with EN-roads workshops. But I do have broad experience in facilitating emotional workshops. One model/best practice you can use is the U-curve of Kübler-Ross. It describes the phases of mourning. I think it can be very helpful for understanding what happens during mourning about the loss of everything that we will and have inevitably lost.
Thanks Garbrand, I'll take a look.

While emotional support/space is giving to workshop attendees during the workshop, I think it is quite common for strong emotional responses to surface days or even weeks after the workshop, as the immediacy and challenge ahead sinks in.
I take this aspect very seriously and wondered if there is any best practice on recommending or facilitating additional emotional support over time?
